A lot has been going on in my head over the past few weeks,
but I have been very bad about actually writing anything about any of it on my
blog. I have been in hibernation mode
for the past month, pretending I am a bear.
I had a bit of a rough February after an inspiring January – the contrast
between the months have provided me with some great lessons and the desire to
take action. So I am slowly pulling
myself out of the state of hibernation, finding my path in the snow and getting
back on track. This time around, unlike
those in the past, I am not spending time in the world of “shoulds” or beating
myself up for what has or hasn’t been done.
It is the start of a new month and in a few weeks a new season.
My life is starting to come back into flow. I am learning what is working and what needs
improving. I am accepting things as they
are including my biggest lesson of finding the RIGHT support team. I am learning that life will flow a lot
smoother if I continue to search for members who are able to provide the
support I request. I have a number of
great people in my life that want to see me succeed, so it is time to call on
them, place the request and ask if they can;
·
*~* Stand beside me
*~* Push me from behind
*~* Lead me to the next step
*~* Provide some inspiration
*~* Cheer me on
*~* Pick me up
*~* Remind me of what I have forgotten
None of these are small tasks and I know they hold great
weight when asked. But as I travel to
find my strength, to journey my path – I will need people to support me along
the way. And the lesson learned this
past month is that when one, or two, four, ten options of people turn down the
request to support – there are others waiting around the corner that just might
say yes! The trick, however, is going to
be for me to understand what I need, to ask for it clearly and then to accept
it as people step into the role of providing it.
So here is to a new month – filled with new days to journey
forward!
